Looking for help with my first Vintage Deck

Ok, I doubt I'm going to get lots of people swarming in to help on this, it's a very... spendy format. I am however looking for help on my Vintage Mono-Black Control deck.

I will start off with one ground rule.Suggest power 9 only if the deck NEEDS them.

To explain on that. The deck would run better with a Mox Jet and Black Lotus but the question is need over greed at the moment.

I do intend to at least put the Mox Jet in at some point, but the lotus is probably well outside my price range for some time.

That being said here's the deck.

Also just be aware that a large amount of vintage tournaments allow some proxies. Not sure on the numbers but even big tournaments do sometimes
