Looking for Cards to Block Unblockable creatures

I have a Sliver deck and my buddy has a Merfolk deck with unblockable creatures. I am looking for creatures or enchantments that can help block his buffed up unblockables. No instants or Sorcery as they would only be a one time use

I only know of these
Choking Vines, Curtain of Light, Dazzling Beauty, Fog Patch, Trap Runner
I was just wondering if anyone knows any others or alternatives

I guess there's also the flip land from Thaumatic Compass Flip - this is an interesting category of cards.

also Gossamer Chains, Kjeldoran Royal Guard, Snag, Veteran Bodyguard, Weathered Bodyguards
and of course, Thaumatic Compass Flip's older brother, Maze of Ith.

Propaganda and Ghostly Prison makes it harder for them to attack. That's always fun, there are more PIllow Fort suggestions I have but I don't know if you want that. Goodluck and make sure to run 8x Walk the Plank

Also, Isochron Scepter+Fog or Holy Day or especially Dawn Charm is repeatable. If they don't have artifact removal, they quit.

You did not mention a format this is for but there are other ways to keep his creatures off of you. Even with slivers. Have you tried the following:
Psionic Sliver or Constricting Sliver or Acidic Sliver or Telekinetic Sliver or Necrotic Sliver?
Having a way to make slivers makes Necrotic Sliver probably game-ending if not addressed. Use a Sliver Hive to make slivers and then use the Necrotic Sliver's ability to destroy their creatures, then their lands. Game over.
Maze of Ith has other friends like Ice Floe.

Spore Flower would work every third turn. Al-abarah's Carpet (not legal in Modern) could use mana from gemhide or manaweft's effect. Gideon of the Trials. Best would be Settle the Wreckage. Your advantage is that you have five colors to choose from. He is looking through only two or three for his Tribe.

Thanks for everyone's reply wow greatly appreciate it.
I have every Sliver out there so I like the Sliver Hive and Necrotic Sliver idea except it takes 5 mana just to create one 1/1 sliver. His unblockables are only 1 mana cost and can get them out right away.
I do like Gideon of the Trials as well for a 3 cost and Maze of Ith seems useful as well for me. the Instant and Sorcery cards are nice but they are only a one time use. It would be nice to have something permanent on the field to help with the situation

Brood Sliver and Sliver Queen are both good options for token generation, especially since Heartstone and any haste sliver makes your sliver army grow fast when slivers make mana. Sliver Overlord and Amoeboid Changeling give another option: plunder their unblockables out from under their noses.

Yea there aren't any cards that allow you to block an unblockable (that i know of) so I would consider some removal or finding a way to out swing your friend (which shouldn't be hard, creatures that are unblockable are generally pretty small)
