Im looking to build a deck around Leovold, Emissary of Trest Not EDH though legacy. I want it so my enemy cant draw cards anymore if that helps thx
Leovold is a staple in BUG Control/Midrange simply because he shuts off Brainstorm. Trying to build around him, better off in EDH or casual, not Legacy.

I slammed Leovald into Maverick Loam by cutting the Punishing Fire and Grove of the Burnwillows for a Tropical Island. He hoses a lot of the same decks that grove + fire hoses and he hoses other decks too like combo decks that draw cards or just Brainstorm decks in general.
