White/Green Land destruction, help appreciated

I am attending a vintage competition, not much p9 cards expected.

I like to built a GW control and land destruction deck, kind of an Ernhamgeddon 2.0.

I would really like suggestions, but bare in mind, i like to keep cards relatively cheap, no +$40 dollar cards.
