I want help to build a deck for my friend with MS

My friend with MS is doing it tough.
He is a Magic player and I'd like to build a deck for him with the title "MS sucks".
Got ideas for any cards that would be good to include?
I want to make a deck that tells a story, more than one that works well.

There are also a lot of cards with the word "mind" in the title, which could work well.

I'd would do something with -1/-1 counters and stuff like Grasp of Darkness as ms weakens the muscles

Not to sound totally messed up...but... here's my take:
MS is an attack on the mind and senses which would translate to me to black discard (such as 8rack).
Another idea would be self mill to win.
Let me know if either of these hit home and I will go into detail.
