I need an EDH/Simic Genius! Please?

Just for a little background, I generally play casually, but Panoptic Mirror can be subbed should I need to in the future. I was wondering if anyone out there could give suggestions on my Simic EDH build before I go out and spend a stupid amount of money. Are there any better combo's or creatures I should sub? I plan to move crazy counters, tap and untap for defense, and copy the hell out of the battlefield.. Yes.. that sounds plenty fun to me. Any suggestions are much appreciated - Here's the Deck

I believe that's why he said he would sub it out though, also, he plays casually.

Yea Epochalyptik, I felt a little uncomfortable with the glowing red disclosure on my screen as I posted this deck build, but Panoptic Mirror definitely seems like fun to play against my chump friends. I may just sub it out for an artifact tutor instead, since it seems my odds of survival increase with the Isochron Scepter + Simic Charm combo.. But is subbing one card for a single tutor really going to make much of a difference here? If not, I'm also considering another tap/untap metric..
