So, the deck lists for the new duel deck, Jace vs Vraska, are out:

If you could improve the Vraska duel deck by building a sideboard for it, what cards would you add and replace? And why?

I think Id try to add more cards cards with morbid, dredge or scavenge and cards like Cauldron Haze and Undying Evil . What are your thoughts?

I have no answer for this. It's a great challenge and one that if I had more time to think on it, I would attempt to.

But also for what format?

As for Remand , I love the new art and tempted to get a playset just for that reason. Though probably going to buy them in singles after purchasing 1-2 of the decks.

I don't even want to do the calculations as to just how much that would run if they added that SharuumNyan Hell, those cards are probably over 800$ easily on their own.
