How to build a proper UB mill deck?

So, I have this Mill deck for a while. It had another configuration in the past and I managed to win a few matches in 1V1 and support a lot in a two-headed giant game. The deck was built to frustrate my opponnents and piss them off rather then winning, I decided to change that. I rebuilt It and I wish to know If the deck is actually strong, mainly for a 1v1 game, or weak.
This is a forfun deck, but, If you have any modern suggestions...I'm all ears. Sometimes I play modern and I need to remove 4 cards from this deck to play.
