how to block life loss

i made a deck with Shepherd of Rot and bunches of zombie tokens and i didn't realize shepherd did dmg to all players (i keep tying games) now i need a black or green life loss block spell

As hyperlocke said Essence Warden could be useful. I personally like Platinum Emperion and Eternity Vessel for this specific issue

I think you would have been better of with life gain spells.
Most if, if not all fog effect are symmetrical, meaning that your creature will deal no damage to anyone, if they work.
And i know no green fog effect that blocks non-combat damage - though i am no expert on the topic, so it may exist.
Deflecting Palm is the closest thing i know, to what you ask for.

Life loss cannot be prevented. That's the main distinction between it and damage. The only way to 'prevent' life loss is to make your life total unable to be changed. See Platinum Emperion. Another way you could go is make it so that you can't lose the game, like with Platinum Angel. If this is for a Pauper Zombies deck, you are going to need to manage your zombie total in such a way that the activation kills your opponent and you still have some life.
