Help with ideas for a grixis deck.

I'm trying my hand at a Grixis deck. I've never really used Red or Blue so this is pretty new. I do know I want to base it around Nicol Bolas, the Ravager Flip. So probably a possible mill style deck.
I play with 3 other people and use my lifegain deck Game of Life Counters and they've learned to team up and hit me first before I can get it going so I lose first.
For the deck I was thinking something like 2 Nicol Bolas, the Ravager Flip, some Psychic Corrosion, an Omnispell Adept to help cast bigger spells, maybe a couple of Millstones ? I was gonna throw in a Murmuring Mystic for token fodder. And trying to get some Drowned Secrets.
How else should I approach this, or am I looking at this all wrong?
Thanks for any help.
The problem with mill in multi player is you can only really mill one person at a time and you have to devote so many resources to protecting yourself you don't leave may cards to slot into your deck to effectively mill everyone. If you and your friends play multi player might I suggest trying out commander

shadow63 we've talked about Commander but haven't tried it yet.
That was my worry with a mill deck in multiplayer.
Back to the drawing board.

It took me awhile to try the format. I'd suggest starting with some of the precons they're all around the same power level even from different years. It's a format that's ment to be played in multi player. 60s often run out of gas after a certain point

If you want to play control you could have a look at my modern deck: Bolas competative control. It is pretty expensive so if your on a budget you fan just replace Jace, the Mind Sculptor with some other wincon or just counterspells and use Nicol Bolas, the Ravager Flip as your wincon. Cryptic Command is also kinda expensive and can be cut for the likes of Mana Leak, Serum Visions and such. Snapcaster Mage could be replaced with Crackling Drake or some other creature that want spells in your grave or exile.
Hope this helped some! :)
