Help searching and keeping my 9/9 alive!

So heres the plan turn 1 Swamp, Shadowborn Apostleturn 2 Swamp 2x Shadowborn Apostle and Demon of Death's Gatenow heres the problem Ive been facing either A. it gets returned to my hand or B. it gets exiled
I also was thinking of playing some Diabolic Tutor even thou shadowborns let me search a turn earlier. I tried throwing in some white for protection but this makes it even more difficult to do because of the constant Shadowborne Apostle would love some suggestions!

Not of This World is pretty good, as are discard spells to proactively take their answers.
