Help on two of my newer decks: Azorius and Dimir

Okay, so I have made on this boring vacation two decks: Azorius (Sorta low-budget Azorius) and Dimir (Random Dimir). I would love some cheap upgrades to both, although I already know I want to add 3 Mind Sculpts on Dimir, so basically any other suggestions would be great.

Azorius Charm and Detention Sphere could be 4 of's in your azorius deck.

Hmm... That does sound great, but what would you swap out from Azorius?
