First Standard Deck since Odyssey

Hello! Been a long time since last play.
i'm thinking of building a standard deck with cards i currently have :
Land: 4xDrowned Catacomb 2xRogue's Passage 4xWatery Grave 8xIsland 8xSwamp
Creature:4xJace's Phantasm 4xWight of Precinct Six 4xConsuming Aberration 2xAvatar of Woe 4xHedron Crab
Planeswalker: 2xJace, Memory Adept
Sorcery: 4xMind Sculpt 4xBreaking / Entering 4xMemory Sluice 4xTome Scour 4xMind Funeral
Instant: 4xCounterspell 4xPsychic Strike 4xDimir Charm 4xThought Scour
Artifact: 2xTrepanation Blade 2xGrafdigger's Cage 4xCodex Shredder 1xKeening Stone 2xChalice of the Void
Total 91 cards. I would like to build my deck with 60ish cards if possible, which cards should i add/throw? As you can see, the theme about this deck is about milling and using creatures to synergize with milling theme..
Any feedback or suggestions will be very well appreciated. Thanks!
Well, so my deck will be more suitable for modern, legacy, and vintage, am i right?
actually i'm pretty new in MTG (only played Odyssey format), and don't have many knowledge in MTG formats. thanks to you i'm currently aware of the restrictions. Thanks!

If you wanna go the milling route, modern is where you want to be, but with the cards in your pool, I'm afraid most of them won't get you far competively. It would be a fun deck to play casually though. I can't think of many cards to help right now, I'm tired as hell, but Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver is always fun. I do like the trep blade personally. Another card that was fun to use would be Mindshrieker

Sword of Body and Mind would be decent too. Are you in a budget? If not, the card suggestions open up plenty more options. If so, while it limits you, it also gives your deck an interesting twist from the normal decks you see

Cutting out all of the non-standard cards would be a good first step. Standard is currently all cards in Ravnica Block, M14, Theros Block, and M15, with Ravnica and M14 Rotating out in September as we get the new block. This knocks out:
Trepanation Blade , Grafdigger's Cage , Keening Stone , Chalice of the Void , Counterspell , Thoughtscour, Mind Funeral , Memory Sluice , Jace's Phantasm , Avatar of Woe , Hedron Crab and Drowned Catacomb .
That cuts out 37 cards bringing you down to 54 giving you about 6 cards to add, 4 of which should be lands, giving you 2 really to add.
