Dirt cheap casual control deck

I just want ideas for a super cheap control deck that can be found easily, like commons from return to ravines forward. I need a deck or at least cards to shut down a board of two+ players. If you guys can help me shut down my opponents, that would be great. Let me know if I have this in the wrong place, I will fix it.

I would say take a look at pauper. Also I have a few dozen decks, most of them on the cheap, in my profile.

Doesn't get much cheaper than that..

You can build a pretty budget 8-rack for less than $40. It's not something I'd play all the time, but it's definitely control category.

And since it's casual you can use fun cards like Hymn to Tourach.
