Desolation Angel

I was hoping to make a Desolation Angel Deck seeing that I acquired a playset from a friend who no longer plays, he claims that at one point this card ruled constructed builds! so I guess I am going to see if he is right! I already see good synergy with Crucible of Worlds , but other then this I have so many directions I can go with it maybe play it in a tax enchantment build, maybe just do the classic B/W control your hand and board schtick. Maybe some of you will have some better ideas then me hmu if you got any n.n
zandl that sounds about right this person hadn't played since the odyssey Block so it doesn't surprise me! Just wanted to make something fun to throw at my playgroup n.n after reading this comment oddly enough I looked into the decks it was played in 12 Years ago and that gave me a good idea where to go with this! I have no intention to make this competitive seeing that I can neither afford Vintage or Legacy on my budget just throwing around Idea's, I have Crucible of Worlds , Desolation Angel , Knight of the Reliquary , and Overgrown Estate so far pinned out as things I want to use in this deck!

I suppose I misunderstood your intentions, then.
So long as your casual playgroup is okay with mass land-destruction (most aren't), then those all sound like decent choices.

I built a deck just today featuring tons of MLD like the angel and board wipes. Basically, get things to turn your land and creatures indestructible.

It ruled in constructed twelve years ago.
Currently, you can only use it in Legacy and Vintage and it's not nearly good enough for either.
In casual with Crucible of Worlds ? Sure; anything works in casual if your group is 'casual enough'.
