Chandra or Outpost Siege?

I've been playing around with a R/W devotion deck I put together not that long ago and so far it's been a blast to play with. It can be pretty versatile and transform from a midrange to beatdown strategy pretty quick. I've been debating what to put in here for a planeswalker suite, though. Right now I have one Chandra, Pyromaster and 2 sideboarded Sarkhan, the Dragonspeakers. Card advantage is always a plus and both options of Outpost Siege can come in handy at some point during each game. Any help would be greatly appreciated, everyone!

Outpost is better. Harder to kill. More versatile. Can have more than one on the feild.
