Odric/Soldier Zerg Deck - Improve it!

Update: I previously wanted to add ramp to this deck. Instead, I've decided that this deck doesn't need any ramp, but instead needs some more cards to bolster its strengths. I have included a list of cards that I want to add in my sideboard. Please help me decide what cards to remove and what cards to add from my sideboard into my deck. Thanks all.
Hi All,
I only play MTG casually with a few friends. I am not looking to make this deck a tournament-crusher by any means. I just want to improve it, make it faster and get my army out on the field faster. I would love if you guys could take a look and also check out the description of the deck for more information for what I am looking to add!
Again, the description has all the information you need. The SIDEBOARD contains cards that I am looking to add. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks Lehovah. I've taken your advice and applied it to another deck that I am crafting. I've decided (after playing a few rounds with this one), that Odric's Army is actually pretty viable. It needs a few changes to really bolster it however. I've updated the post and the sideboard of the deck with some new options.

I recommend getting hold of both Preeminent Captain and Ballyrush Banneret both help to speed up the deck and they are both soldiers.

Two options you have are some kind of mana rock but they usually cost 3. Or there is Knight of the White Orchid.
