Can you ramp in mono red?

Wanting to try and geosurge a fortune thief out while cloak and dagger is in play. Fortune thief is good but 5 mana makes it too slow

Sol Ring, Mana Crypt, Mana Vault, Grim Monolith, Worn Powerstone, Thran Dynamo, Gilded Lotus, Mind Stone, Hedron Archive, Gauntlet of Power, Extraplanar Lens, Caged Sun.
Depending on the format you are playing and the budget you have, some of these artifacts may be useful.

Play Grenzo, Havoc Raiser run some of the above colorless ramp.... Steal people's stuff for your card draw & treat all that colorless ramp like it is mana of any color with Grenzo... Chaos Moon as well.

There's also Gauntlet of Might, but it's so pricy in real life that I previously left it out.

ramp is good but you can also chaos warp (and all other variations) into it. cheating it into play should be fine right?

Never seen that card before, it could work but im not sure it would be consistant enough to get it out before turn 5 unless i got really lucky or manipulated the top of my library. Very cool card thanks for the help

What format are you playing?
There's always many ways to ramp, but pretty much all of them (aside from rituals) are artifacts.
