B/W Control vs B/B Control?

Which deck is better Blue/White control with oujitai or Black/Blue control with Silumgar?
This is for standard and any help with lists would be appreciated budget is not an issue.
Also when is the Theros block rotating? Control will be different without Dissolve and Heros Downfall. exc.

6 months till theros pops out. Also,i'm a personal fan of 
control. Who needs blue anyway?

U/W will be definitely strong. But I agree with Slayne that Esper will be the way to go. With Narset Transcendent, Anticipate, and Dragonlord Ojutai card advantage as never been stronger and with Duress, Thoughtseize, Ultimate Price, Radiant Purge, Myth Realized, and maybe even Mirror Mockery, at your disposal why not go Esper Control.

Crux of Fate and In Garruk's Wake
Combine Ruthless Deathfang with the "Exploit" ability and you have a Grave Pact-like permanent with the ability to attack or defend.

Unfortunately the GoldenAgeBatman the exploit ability for control has a horrible match-up against other control decks. If not playing against moderate to heavy creature decks exploit doesn't work to its full potential.

And taking rotation in mind Ojutai's Command and Silumgar's Command Will be taking the place of Dissolve and Hero's Downfall if not even in addition to them right now.

As a control player either one is great. Both have great removal and spells to keep your opponent run out of gas. I personally like UW the fact you have the new narset and ojutai dragon lord can totally crush opponents.

The symbol for blue is U, for the exact reason observed in the title.
Esper control is probably the best. Shaheen Soorani is playing it at SCG this weekend. It completely demolishes, and just drowns the opponent in card advantage. It's so good.
I wouldn't worry about rotation for a while. Dragons of Tarkir literally just released. You have a little while.
