BUG Infect Legacy, what can I change?

I consider this to be the jumpoff point if you want to play competitive Infect in Legacy. The Boss, Tom Ross, has a damn solid list.

What's the budget limit?
I think for starters you want to ditch some of the pump for cantrips. You'd rather Brainstorm and Ponder for your good pump spells rather than running stuff like Phytoburst. Plague Stinger isn't worth stretching the mana base into black if you can't afford dual lands. You really want some disruption as well - Spell Pierce, Daze, etc. Infect is fast, but it's actually a lot slower than the other combo decks in Legacy - especially if you're not able to shell out for Berserk.
