Budget EDH Deck

The budget is $100 max. I wanna know of potentially better cards that will still fit inside that budget. Additionally, I would like to know of any cool combos that I can have here, regardless of card price.

Mikaeus, Extreme $18 Budget EDH one of (if not the best) EDH decks i've seen at the price it is.

If you are looking for budget cards/decks, there are some guys that make real fun budget decks on tappedout. Matbe you'll find some suggestions there. For example these people make all sorts of commander decks around 30 dollar a deck: http://tappedout.net/users/BudgetMTGDecks/

That's because I made the deck back in June for a playgroup that I no longer play with (we no longer live at the same dorm, too hard to set any meets up), so I never bothered to actually build the deck. I deleted it because it didn't have a purpose anymore.

Just pick one of the cheaper more powerful commanders and stick with some nice power cards in the deck. On a budget, lands are honestly good investments (at least with multi colored commanders). Color fixing will be huge a lot of the time.
I'm not going budget on my build but Ruhan of the Fomori could be great, especially at $100. When my playgroup does budget, we do $20-50, it's much more challenging.
Another good one is Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief. Crazy good for budget. Mono color frees up your lands quite a bit and her ability is pretty stupid good.
Other possible commanders I've considered are Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs, Medomai the Ageless, Wort the raid mother, or Brion Stoutarm.
After picking your commander (and deciding what direction you're taking the deck), it will be a lot easier to find combos and pick out power cards to finish out the deck on your budget.

Ring of Three Wishes is a really powerful budget card, IMO
