Best Cards for a B/R Madness Deck

I'm currently building a red black deck thats got madness or a self discard theme, So i need to know the best cards with abilities inside graveyards (I'm going to pick my own discard outlets) But i need to know the best cards with abilities like (Flashback, unearth, return this card from your graveyard to the battlefeild ect) Something like Demigod of Revenge His style of ability, i'm gonna be using Madness as well. SO help is very greatly appreciated.
I have a standard Rakdos Vampire Madness Deck Vampire MADNESS if you are looking for standard. Given the card you linked, I'm guessing not.
Kolaghan's Command is universal and offers some great utility. Lightning Bolt is technically better, but Fiery Temper can be nice if you need something to discard. Olivia, Mobilized for War is great fun and perfect for aggro.

As for Graveyard cards, got to love Bloodghast. Exhume if you are looking for a fast win. Nether Spirit as well.
