Best card advantage for U/B?

I've been working on my U/B control deck and I've been trying to figure out what the best options are for card advantage.

U/B:Pilfered Plans

Blue:Divination , Inspiration , Opportunity

Black:Altar's Reap , Read the Bones , Underworld Connections

Right now I'm using Read the Bones , but running it alongside Thoughtseize hurts with all the self shocks. Are there any better alternatives or is the scry 2 really worth 2 life.

Read the Bones is by and large the best card draw. 3 mana to cycle through up to 4 cards is pretty legit. The only other option you'd really have is to Quicken a Divination . Or just run Whip of Erebos to give your dudes lifelink.

Dimir Charm maybe?

Dimir Charm doesn't seem like card advantage. Its more like a scry 3, but put 2 cards in the graveyard instead. I think I stick with Read the Bones or maybe try out Inspiration .
