Avacyn Ramp Deck Needs more focus.

Just created this new deck from scratch (actually my first non-prebuilt deck!!!) and I wanted to get some feedback. I actually think this is a very strong deck but I believe it needs more focus. There are a lot of different combinations going on, and if you have any suggestions, let me know!
