Are there any cards like Sandstone Needle or Crystal Vein that produce double black or Rakdo

I'm not really sure how to look them up on gatherer. My goal is to get Neheb, the Worthy out on turn two.

I don't think you can di this with only lands. If you want to get 3RR on turn two you could play Mana Vault. Ancient Tomb and City of Traitors do a good job as well to accelerate your deck...and of course play all mana artifacts for 0 and 1

There's also Ebon Stronghold and Dwarven Ruins
I would also consider Manaforge Cinder and Graven Cairns to filter excess colorless mana into the appropriate combination of colored mana

Really your best bet is cheap manarocks. Sol ring or mana vault into a colored mana rock on turn one is probably the easiest way to do It. But even a turn 1 Sol ring on its own with one land of each color available on turn 2 would do the trick
