I just have to say that just the mana fixing for a 5 color deck in ANY format (OP didn't specify) will be more than $50.
What you are asking for is literally impossible if you expect to win any games.

Firstly you still haven't answered the question of format. Also, I'm not going to build it for you, it's not my job. If you have an idea, run with it. I'll suggest cards but $50 is literally going to ONLY cover a very bad 5 color land base. Then you have to figure out what to add to the mainboard that's $0 if you want to stick to your $50 restraint.
