A lock without a key?

I had an idea for an enchantment lock using Enduring Ideal. the problem is that I need to cast Enduring Ideal to do this. which means I need to get to that mana first. any Ideas for what ramp to use? I have about six slots for this so it needs to be recurring and reliable.
