$40 Saffi Combo Deck Help

This is a deck I've been working on and I am considering making but I think it has consistency issues. Please keep in mind I would like this deck to be VERY budget and currently it is at $40. This is a fun Junk Saffi combo deck that gain infinite life and other shenanigans.
