I was flipping through one of my binders the other day and came across my old copy of Extraplanar Lens and randomly thought "Hm, I wonder what this would look like as an un card. So here goes
Extraplanar Monocle 
Artifact
Imprint - When ~ comes into play, you may remove target land you control from the game.
Whenever a land with the same artwork as the imprinted card is tapped for mana, its controller adds one mana to his or her mana pool of any type that land produced.
Thoughts? I'm not sure it's whacky enough for an unset but it seemed fun
I second the change to artist.
Also, since it's a monocle you could make the flavor text like something an art snob would say. I'm not witty enough to give you an example unfortunately :(

Right now, this is not very exciting. Perhaps it should be "land with the same artist". I also do not like the keyword from Mirrodin being used later in an Unset. It would be something like "ETB name an artist, all lands with that share that artist add additional mana pool of any type that land could normally produce." If you really want the imprint, you are just gonna have to spell it all out without the keyword.
ON THE OTHER HAND, since it is a monocle, perhaps it only adds an additional half mana to your mana pool ;D.
