Artifact creatures use creature subtypes.

Enchantment creatures use creature subtypes.

So, would an enchantment artifact use artifact subtypes, enchantment subtypes, or both?

If both, could an enchantment creature have an enchantment subtype? Is the same true of artifact creatures?

Well, if you look at Whip of Erebos - the answer is it is type - if it was an equipment, as these weapons were originally planned to be before someone realised that type line is super short, they would be "legendary enchantment artifact - equipment"

Eidolon of Blossoms and Arcbound Ravager do not have enchantment and artifact subtypes.

So I can make an artifact Aura. That's good to know. Thank you.

No, and Artifact Enchantment- Aura. I think it's a good summation of Etherium's mix of physical object fused to a person and magical construct of religious significance.
