Standard should have a deck like Mecha'thun

In hearthstone there is a card called Mecha'thun. Yes it is a mechanical Cthulhu. It reads: When this dies, if you have no cards in deck, play or in hand you win. I get that it would be a worse lab man but what if that part was taken off the card and they made it actually standard playable. It would be so fun, like they could reprint one with nothing and some kind of card that destroys all your permanents and it would be great.

For what it's worth we have Jace, Wielder of Mysteries in Standard which doesn't force you to be empty handed or have nothing else in play.

In short: No we shouldn't have a Mecha'Thun deck in standard.

Wizards of the Coast print alternative win conditions occasionally and exactly because they are occasionally, it is not bothersome and provides a fresh new take on the game's core mechanics from time to time, but not as a constant.
