Search your library for a planeswalker card, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library.
Should probably be 3CMC. Can you explain the colors you chose?

Well, I'm assuming this would be at sorcery speed, so I'd say it's fair. Sure, Liliana of the Veil would become much better, but that would also mean you would take your entire turn 2 and 3 just to get her out.

I just thought that it would be even more awesome if it was a wish instead of a tutor, but that's probably just me.

awesomeguy37, as was mentioned afterwords, spending turn two in modern to play a non-banned card on turn three is good but not that powerful. Also, I'm not too familiar with modern but isn't Lili played in jund/abzan for the most part?
vault, yes it's about flavor. In a set I'm working on making, an archdemon amasses so much power that he sends visions of himself to some planeswalkers, so black seemed flavorful and obviously doing so would require intense knowledge so blue fit right in.

xcn, that's funny xD if that were the name, the mana cost would probably be 
instead though.
derKochXXL, that would be cool, but I don't think it fits the flavor of what I was going for unfortunately.

Personally I would make it rainbow because planeswalkers shouldn't be tied to any single combo of colors.

But if your story leads it to be Dimir then it should be Dimir. But definitely 3 cmc, it is after all asking for a deck with the two best walkers in the business right now.

That seems really good, but not absurdly so. How about
so they can't just slam a T3 lili in modern?
