With Scroll Rack being reprinted in Commander Legends, it will finally be within my price range, which is nice, and I also have decided to continue my trend of making Phyrexianized versions of existing cards, so here is the result of my efforts:

I increased the initial casting cost of the card, because it is now a creature, I kept the activation cost for the ability the same, albeit slightly different.

What does everyone else think of this card? Do you like it?

Lower the power and toughness to a 1/2 bc a 3/3 for 2 colorless and 4 life is already good. Other than that I think it’s a pretty sweet card!

Legacy as a format would probably die over this, fits into vintage shops lists and combos well with miracles, Mystic Forge, affinity, and other lists such as Urza piles or Dimir Drath's Shadow could easily slot 2-4 of these, homogenizing the format, and unlike in EDH, in legacy or vintage fetchlands are consistently shuffling the topped cards, turning this into some insane fetch.

King_marchesa, a 1/2 is simply too weak, so what about a 2/2, 2/3, or even a 1/3?

How do you know what the price of Scroll Rack is going to be?

ClockworkSwordfish, it is already available for pre-order, and, even if it were not, cards almost always decrease in price when they are reprinted.

ClockworkSwordfish Scroll Rack has never been reprinted, except as a promo version in Commander's Arsenal and in Kaladesh Inventions. Being in Commander Legends will be a meaningful reprint that is likely to lower the general price.

What confuses me a bit is that Scroll Rack was added to "The List" of cards that can occasionally show up as the "token card slot" in booster products. At first I had marked this list down as the Reserved List 2.0.

You can already see on MTGGoldfish that the Commander Legends reprint is valued around 30$ (whereas the original from Tempest is 70$ and used to be 85+$) and it has not settled yet - Link.
