Me as a walker. I like lands. I like scry. I like burning stuff. The first 2 abilities feel pretty red/green/blue but the last is pure green.
Opinions?

If the minus just kills her, maybe make it an Anger of the Gods?

I think this is a solid walker, but it needs to be dialed back a bit. Maybe like this?
+1: Untap a land, scry 1.
-X: Lea Plath deals X damage to all creatures.
-6: Declare a color. You get an emblem with "Whenever opponents tap a land for the color you declared, it does not untap in it's controller's next untap step."

So the idea was you get a land back. It can ramp, it can be an instant speed scry for relevant effects.
I think Anger would be too strong an effect for her. I considered firespout (all non-flyers) but it seemed a bit strong. 2 seems a good place for her as she can kill most things in modern on turn 4, or wrath a few times.
That is 3 turns total to ult, in which time combat, burn spells and removal deals with her. She doesn't protect herself either.

The +2 should probably be a +1. Otherwise, it only takes two turns before it can ult, and survive the ult. Which is pretty crazy considering the ult is a permanent Vorinclex. Kinda.
