This feels or either mono-color. Probably 4-cmc, and two colored mana? So I'm thinking , , or .

I would personally say that it should have a minimum cost of . This kind of effect can be very potent if it could be cheated out early, so having it cost three and saturating the mana cost would make it more fair.

I think that JWiley129's suggestion of is the best choice. The red mana would make it a little more difficult for a graveyard deck like Reanimator to cast it early off of a Dark Ritual. This card can cripple a lot of deck archetypes but could easily be built around to create a new variation of Reanimator or Dredge deck. Nothing better for a graveyard deck than being able to dump my hand except for a key card, while making my opponent do the same with absolutely no real benefit to them.

I think this card should probably cost 5 or more, or 5 with mixed colors. It would absolutely crush some decks that like drawing cards or having a critical mass of cards, while simultaneously building up your deck strategy.

I'm thinking Chains of Mephistopheles and how it is probably better even at a 3 cost in mono black maybe even 4.

The idea behind it is forcing everyone to go into topdeck mode :) Here is the newest version though:

Top Deck Mode

Enchantment

As an additional cost to cast spells, its controller must discard all other cards from his or her hand.

Any thoughts about the mana cost of this card?
