Card creation challenge

Ok, heres how this works. You create a card to the specifications of the person above you, then list your own card idea for the next person. I'll start.
If X is 2 or lower, draw X cards. If X is 3, put X +1/+1 counters on X target creatures. If X is 4, return X target creatures from your graveyard to the battlefield. If X is 5 or more, Variety deals x damage to target creature or player. If X is 10 or more, you win the game.
Create a life gaining multicolored Turtle with power twice it's toughness or vice versa.
You may cast this spell only if you control a Mountain or a red permanent.
Deal 1 damage to any target or deal 3 to target opponent.

Sacrifice 5 void scions: exile target permanent.

Remove a knife counter from ~: ~ deals 1 damage to target creature.
Hellbent-As long as you have no cards in hand, whenever a creature dealt damage by ~ dies this turn, put a knife counter on ~.
Make a card with convoke or delve and has an ability that encourages you to cast it with either convoke or delve.

If a spell or ability an opponent controls would target a permanent you control it targets Insatiable Sentience instead.
If a spell or ability an opponent controls would target Insatiable Sentience, that opponent discards their hand.
Create a 4 colored Ultimatum Sorcery.

Destroy all permanents. Search your library any number of basic lands cards up to the number of permanents destroyed this way and put them onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle your library. Each opponent mills X and loses X life, where X is equal to the number of permanents destroyed this way.

For each permanent type among permanents you control, search your library for a permanent of that type and put it onto the battlefield.
- Draw cards equal to the number of permanents searched this way.
- Distribute X number of +1/+1 counters to creatures you control equal to the number of permanents searched this way.
- You gain life equal to the number of permanents searched this way, and your opponents each lose that amount of life.

This spell cannot be countered. For each opponent, exile one non-land permanent they control. Search each library for one target permanent and put it into play. Shuffle these libraries afterward. Creatures which enter play in this way gain haste. Each opponent discards their hand. For each card discarded in this way, create a 0/1 Sand token.

This spell cannot be countered
Return all creatures from all graveyards to the battlefield, they gain haste and must attack this turn if able. Sacrifice them at the end of the turn.
After your first combat phase untap all creatures you control. You get an additional combat phase this turn.
At the beginning of the next turns upkeep exile all graveyards.

Will of the council- starting with you, each player votes for Riot or Calm. For each Riot vote, draw cards until you draw a noncreature, nonland spell. For each Calm vote, exile target nonland permanent an opponent controls until target nonland permanent you control leaves the battlefield.

I felt inspired to make a truly red card today.
Until end of turn, whenever a creature enters the battlefield under your control, untap it and it gains haste until end of turn.

This spell costs less if you sacrifice a Jace Planeswalker in addition to its other costs.

Gaea, Mother of all's power and toughness are equal to the number of permanents on the battlefield.
Create another "Elder" creature for a creature type that currently does not have an elder creature.

Whenever another nontoken Myr creature enters the battlefield under your control, create a 1/1 colorless Myr artifact creature token.
Whenever you tap a Myr creature for mana, add one mana of any color.
: Myr creatures you control get +1/+1 and gain indestructible until end of turn.
Make a "speculative" Zendikar rising card-- I'm thinking something white that combines both landfall and an Ally-central mechanic.

Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, exile target nonland permanent with converted mana cost less than or equal to the converted mana cost of the instant or sorcery.
We have plenty of human planeswalkers, as well as elves, merfolk, a goblin, etc. Make a planeswalker to represent a creature type that doesn't have one yet!

-3 Put a +1/+1 counter on each Bear creature you control. Target Bear creature you control fights target creature you don't control.
-7 Each Bear creature you control gets +X/+X and gains trample until end of turn where X is the number of Bear creatures you control.

Legendary Planeswalker - Zendikar
+2: Search your library for a Mountain card and put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle your library.
-3: Valakut deals X damage to target creature or planeswalker, where X is the number of Mountains you control.
-10: Create a 5/5 red Dragon creature token with flying and ": This creature gets +1/+0 until end of turn" for each Mountain you control.
Do another Zendikar area as a planeswalker. Vastwood is green, Malakir is black, Emeria is white, and Sea Gate is blue, but if you have any other ideas for color-aligned Zendikar areas use those.

+2: Reveal the top card of your library. If it's a plains card, put it onto the battlefield, otherwise create a 1/1 White Bird creature Token with flying.
-3: Return a creature card with converted mana cost X or less from your graveyard to the battlefield, where X is the number of plains you control.
-10: You get an emblem with "Whenever you tap a plains for mana, return a creature card from a graveyard to the battlefield under your control."
Create a new type of Land Creature in the style of Dryad Arbor, but with a different land type (Dryad is a forest, do a mountain/plains/swamp/island or even something like a desert/gate/etc!)

+2: Search your library for up to two basic Forest cards and put them onto the battlefield, then shuffle your library. They become 0/4 green Elemental creatures with Reach until the beginning of your next upkeep.
-3: Destroy target non-creature permanent. You gain 1 life for each Forest you control.
-10: Search your library for any number of Forest cards and put them onto the battlefield. You get an emblem with "Lands you control are 4/4 green Elemental creatures with Vigilance, Reach, and Haste."

Lol! Chandra585, you ninja'd me and we had the exact same idea! Was also gonna make it have a : scry 2 then draw. Anyway!
As ~ enters the battlefield, choose a color. Your devotion to that color is increased by three. Your devotion to each other color and color combination is increased by one.
Wanted to keep it simple. I made the cost so steep due to how busted it would be in Standard/Modern with the Theros sets.
Next challenge: Make a card that cares about devotion to more than one color.
