Zur and NEVERMORE!!!

So Nevermore is tutorable thanks to Zur's ability, my question is once it comes into place and my opponents general isnt in play, i can name the general and prevent it from being played?

you can name a general that IS in play too so once you kill it it can't be recast so you could cast Wrath of God along with Nevermore for a nice slap in the face
