Title says all, really. What are your most heinously complex/expensive infinite combos/game-ending synergies? For me, it would have to be mixing Consuming Aberration , Dragon Throne of Tarkir , Phenax, God of Deception , and some other creatures to basically just mill everyone out. Either that or using Drogskol Reaver , Horizon Chimera , and Laboratory Maniac to basically deck myself out and give myself a win.

People will likely come up with more complex; but here's some high cmc

Well known, but at 15 mana is Aurelia, the Warleader + Helm of the Host . Usually you'll cast , then whatever turns later for a surprise win. Godo, Bandit Warlord is more efficient at

Biovisionary + Spitting Image is what... 20 mana and 2 lands! Progenitor Mimic and Rite of Replication are better(?)

I like Progenitor Mimic + Eternal Witness + Temporal Manipulation . Once e-wit is already in play, you might have pay 11 mana to pull that off in one turn. There's also Archaeomancer and Salvager of Secrets which are less efficient. Deadeye Navigator instead of the mimic is even more mana per turn.

I came up with a versatile combo a long time ago, where you need any sac outlet like Yahenni, Undying Partisan , any draw Engine that triggers on creatures dying like Harvester of Souls , Deathrender , Mortuary , and a creature with a cool etb ability like Gray Merchant of Asphodel .

Heres how it works. Have in play all the cards, equip Gray Merchant of Asphodel to the Deathrender , then sac him to Yahenni, Undying Partisan , that triggers 3 things at the bottom of the stack is the Deathrender trigger, that puts a creature from your hand into play attached to Deathrender . That resolves last. In the middle of the stack is the Harvester of Souls trigger that draws you a card. And on the top of the stack is the Mortuary trigger, putting Gray Merchant of Asphodel back into your hand.

The triggers resolve in that order creating a loop. Gray Merchant of Asphodel dies goes to the top of the library you draw a card then put Gray Merchant of Asphodel into play attached to Deathrender for infinite life drain and gain.

You had to ask(:

Banishing Knack targeting Battered Golem , who can bounce Ornithopter infinitely. From there, Genesis Chamber creates infinite Myr, and during your end step you activate Nevinyrral's Disk , causing an infinite number of Marionette Master ’s triggers to kill everyone. Of course, you could also just use Diligent Excavator , but what’s the fun in that?(;

The Gitrog Monster and Underrealm Lich draws approximately 1/3 of your library, putting 2/3s into the graveyard ( Underrealm Lich allows you to draw from an empty library and not lose). From there, cast Omnath, Locus of Rage then Splendid Reclamation , bringing back every land you run in the deck (bonus if you sac all your lands to Zuran Orb or something before Reclamation resolves), then sacrifice all the tokens to lightning bolt out the table.

Mycosynth Lattice , Ashnod's Altar , Scrap Trawler or Junk Diver , Baleful Strix , Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle .

Sacrifice the Strix to the Altar for 3mana. Sac the Trawler/Diver for 3 mana. The death trigger gets the Strix to your hand. Cast the Strix, leaving you 4mana. Cast triggers Teshar, returning Trawler/Diver to play. Strix ETB trigger to draw a card. You now have an infinite loop that nets you 4mana and a card each cycle. Essentially allowing you to draw every card in your Library and cast every spell.. . . . or be boring and LabMan for the win.

Its inefficient due to too many parts (compared to the tried and true Teysa + Darkest Hour + Sac combo), but its sorta hilarious because no one sees it coming:

Vizkopa Guildmage 's second activated ability, Soul's Attendant or Soul Warden , Darkest Hour , Teysa, Orzhov Scion , and a sac outlet with a token or two (usually Ashnod's Altar or Phyrexian Altar for me, though any free unlimited sac outlets will do).

Activate Guildmage's Ability with Warden/Attendant, Darkest Hour, and Teysa, and any old creature token at all on the field. Sac a creature token. Replaces itself with a token from Teysa, which triggers the Soul Sister's ability, which sets off the effect from Guildmage, and repeatedly sac each new creatures. Add in Zulaport Cutthroat or use your new mana to activate Vizkopa's ability again to speed things up.

Noire_Samhain I think that applies to pretty much every combo that'll end up in this thread. There's probably a better way to do them, but they're so crazy that it can be hard to see them coming.

Contagion Engine + Magistrate's Scepter + Fatestitcher = Infinite turns for the low low price of to get the cards on the table and to get the first free turn. to tap Scepter and add a Charge Counter, to tap C. Engine for +2 counters and Fatestitcher to untap Scepter to get +1 turn.

Caged Sun + Life and Limb + March of the Machines + Xenograft . March of the machines makes caged sun a creature. calling saprolings with Xenograft makes caged sun a saproling, with life and limb making caged sun also a forest. Tapping caged sun to produce mana (as a forest) triggers caged sun's mana producing ability, which triggers caged sun's mana producing ability, which triggers caged sun's mana producing ability, which triggers caged sun's mana producing ability... forever~ mana abilitys dont go on the stack, and boom, uninterruptible (at this point), game is a draw.

I recently put together a Ghave, Guru of Spores abzan lands matter list and I discovered that if you have Retreat to Kazandu / Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest , Squandered Resources , Life and Limb , and Ghave on the board you can get infinite landfall triggers. Activate Ghave creating a saproling, the saproling enters as a land because of Life and Limb , which triggers landfall on Retreat to Kazandu putting a +1/+1 counter on Ghave. Then sac the saproland to Squandered Resources for a , which you use to activate Ghave again. If you have Lotus Cobra it also nets you infinite mana.
