guess ill start, if im playing in a more casual style an angel tribal, Gisela, Blade of Goldnight but if im playing more competitively its Kaalia of the Vast

Casual: Aurelia, the Warleader
Competitive multiplayer Selvala, Explorer Returned elfball (won t4 yesterday) or Arcanis the Omnipotent I have two other decks for duel commander that are competitive, too but I can not play them a lot, because we tend to play multiplayer.

All time favorite is Scion of the Ur-Dragon and some close runners up are Kemba, Kha Regent and Prossh, Skyraider of Kher

Casual: Xenagos, God of Revels or Kruphix, God of Horizons
Competitive: Animar, Soul of Elements

My GF's two favorite commanders are Aurelia, the Warleader and Doran, the Siege Tower

This is one question I wish I could answer effectively. Problem is, I'm not exactly drawn to most of the choices out there. To date, I have no real favorite general, though my wish is to have at least one and keep that deck for years.
For right now, though:
Casual: Gisa and Geralf. I ripped an entire league pod with my deck.
Competitive: I try to avoid the word "competitive" with EDH, but if I had to choose one, I'd say Kaalia of the Vast without the MLD.

Its a toss up between Child of Alara because of how afraid people are to swing once its out and Avacyn, Angel of Hope. Usually with the later, i can shut the board down pretty quick if I can get Mask of Avacyn attached to her.

For Casual, it's Jor Kadeen, the Prevailer because I've packed it with a bunch of R/W legends and it gives the feel of a rag-tag bunch of Chaotic Good rebels.
For Competitive, it's combo Ghave, Guru of Spores.
