Unstable in EDH

just a curious question to ask everyone. how many of you have at least 1 Unstable card in a Commander deck of some kind (or better yet, made a commander deck using a legendary from Unstable) and how long do you think it will take WotC to properly make Unstable legal in commander?
they were legal till junuary 15th, kinda like a christmas gift for edh players.
and since edh is a quite popular fomat, i don't think it will ever be legal again, as it just doesn't provide anything to the format except additional confusion due to missing proper ruling.

2 out of 20 of my paper edh decks have silver bordered cards in them. I think having a couple un-commander decks is great fun. Heres the better one...

Wizards wont make the call on if theyre legal again in commander. They let all banning, unbanning, and legality be decided by the commanders rule committee. The committee pretty much said that uncards wont be legal but its a group by group basis. If you find a group that allows silver border cards feel free to do so.

I have a few of the goblin Unstable cards in my Krenko deck, but I tell people before I play it so they know, but that is the only deck I have that makes use of silver cards so I dont have to say it before every game with my other decks.

It's another group-by-group deal. My group is pretty much fine with Unstable cards showing up in Commander games. With new groups I always ask, and if the Commander isn't silver-bordered I don't keep more than one or two Unstable cards in a Commander deck so they can be boarded out. Also I managed to get two complete sets of Contraptions so people want to play with Contraptions, I've got house-rules for that.
But personally I think Unstable is pretty fine and balanced for Commander, so I'm all for it.

oh, Unset goblin cards are among the best goblin cards...
EDH goblin decks need unset cards to make them fun.
I was building one... but i am not finding an R/G commander worth 2 shits for a goblin deck.

meatsmith well you can either use Wort, the Raidmother or if you are feeling adventurous you can use Ol' Buzzbark of course there are a few non-goblin R/G commanders but where is the fun in that?

Wort was my first choice, only because i don't have Buzzbark.
not that it matters much. people i play with are convinced that MaRo and Hasbro are trying to use Unstable as a way to destroy player-made formats; no Un-cards at this table. lol

This is something I've been wandering recently. I want to build a 5-color Host/augment deck (or 2 color with Dr. Julius Jumblemorph), but I'm not sure if the next playgroup I join will allow it. I'm too interested in it to wait.
