UB Tempo boost?

I've been trying to make a EDH deck that is UB but I have been having a very difficult time finding any kinds of cards that can help speed up the tempo. I know that in EDH getting mana ASAP is key to out play your opponents but I can not seem to find any U or B cards that can help drop lands or ramp mana faster. It could just be that I don't have the card knowledge to know what I need. Does anyone know of any cards that combo well in U or B to give quick mana or land drops or help pick up the tempo? I know there are probably very few but any little bit helps. Im trying to make an EDH mill deck that has tons of B and U fattys and walls with the commander as Phenax, God of Deception .
Dreamscape Artist works pretty well, in my opinion. Other than that, U/B doesn't really have much besides going infinite with artifacts and such. Gale7 above me kinda covered most of the better ones.

Also, Seething Song and High Tide help you ramp nicely

Journeyer's Kite , Coldsteel Heart , Dimir Cluestone , Dimir Keyrune , Dimir Signet , Caged Sun , Solemn Simulacrum , and Pilgrim's Eye are some good mana rampers and mana rocks in addition to those mentioned already.

I put Wayfarer's Bauble , Armillary Sphere , and Burnished Hart in my non-green decks.

Dimir Signet , Talisman of Dominance , Mana Vault , Sol Ring , Gilded Lotus , Thran Dynamo , Dark Ritual , Solemn Simulacrum , and Chromatic Lantern are just a few of the cards I use in my U/B tempo deck. I'd also suggest Grim Monolith . Essentially, artifacts are the way to go for U/B, but there's lots of tricks out there. Crucible of Worlds + fetchlands can really do wonders for your mana curve.
