Every black mage forgets about Imperial Seal , which is arguably the best search of ALL TIME. It's price has a reason you know.

Meh I thought it was into your hand. It's still about as good as most other black tutors and better than Grim Tutor.
Demonic Consultation can also be useful in EDH especially with Hive Mind .

i made this thread to promote discussion and serve as a starting point for people, but you are wrong to meh skittles
Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon is being considered for banning hes that good. you win the turn you play him.

I suppose you're going by color identity, since lands are considered colorless by normal Magic standards.
I disagree with Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon being on the list. There are a lot of more flexible alternatives, like Grave Titan , Decree of Pain , Plague Wind , Promise of Power , Grave Pact , etc. (and a lot of those cards still don't even deserve to be on the list).
