Stop Creature Massing Suggestions?

What is the best way to prevent your opponents from creature massing, is there a way to keep token generation to a low?
In addition, there are ways to render tokens somewhat useless, or use them to your advantage. Consider Phyrexian Rebirth and Dueling Grounds as possible options.

Lightmine Field was a favorite card of mine in Standard against Aggro decks before it cycled out. I find good uses for it in EDH and especially Two-Headed Giant.
I could see it working really well against token decks, as well.

Sever the Bloodline , also great against Solar Flare and almost any top tier deck.

In EDH, I feel like Sever the Bloodline is just a needlessly expensive Path to Exile or Swords to Plowshares .

I use Maelstrom Pulse in my BUG deck. At worst it's just a color-shifted Vindicate that can't hit lands, but it does work on token decks.

You'll have to destroy the tokens; I don't know of any ways to halt or hinder token production.
Steel Hellkite is useful as a reusable token-killer.
Cards like AEther Snap , Ratchet Bomb , Pernicious Deed , and Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite are also great anti-token cards.
