Anyone know of any cards with card draw that would fit in nicely with a +1/+1 Deck that has Ana/Ghave as commander?

Huh, that is very nice. Anything more permanent? Enhancement? Creature? Artifact? Playing my deck I just realize I tend to run out of cards rather quickly.

Well, green is the second best in card draw, so I would look there for cards. Black has some decent choices too. Hit up the gatherer or something and do some searches.

I also think Farsight Mask and Magus of the Library are decent choices as well even though they are often overlooked.

Something to keep in mind is that cards like Scroll Rack and Sensei's Divining Top can act as ways to filter through your deck.

You may also be land heavy, do you get mana flooded often?

But seriously, there are good options in Ghave in both green and black.
Psychotrope Thallid
Skullclamp
Collective Unconscious
Decree of Pain
Regal Force
Necropotence
Reprocess
Shamanic Revelation
Skullmulcher
Sylvan Library

And that's just the token-oriented and general draw. There are a couple others Momentous Fall, Soul's Majesty for fatties if you have any.

Thanks for all the help. Definitely will look into all of these. MagicalHacker I have only about 36 lands and seem to have pretty good ramp with the green. There is a lot of control in my play group so the games tend to go for a bit.

Epochalyptik Thats what Mark Rosewater has said about card drawing in the color pie. Not saying he is right, but he no doubt knows more about the game than me, so I tend to listen to him. Ive followed him for a couple years on tumblr, and although I do not always agree with what he says, I trust his intimate knowledge of the game more than mine. With a little digging you could probably find it on his blog "Blogatog".

RoarMaster, that's recently. Recently, green has been getting more card draw; however, in ye olden days, black got a lot more card draw than green.

Historically, card draw goes in the order UBGRW, which coincidentally is also the historical order of the power of colors.

Using Shamanic Revelation is a great way, as is Necropotence, Greater Good, Recycle (if you're running a graveyard usage heavy deck) and Null Profusion (if you can manage infinite handsize easily).

From there, it depends what you plan to do during your game. For example, If you plan on saccing tons of creatures, like tokens or whatever, then Grim Haruspex may work out really well for you.
