So what is some extremely underplayed card or cards you use in your decks? Or synergies that you use that you see no where else?
My current favorite is using Perilous Vault in my Mairsil, the Pretender deck! It gets pretty mana intense after 2 or 3 uses but frankly when I have the ultimate board wipe locked away in a cage it only takes 2 or 3 uses before my opponents resources are basically spent.
Another one is Teferi's Protection and Spellbinder . It is difficult to pull together sometimes and protection gets played everywhere by everyone. But I've not seen anyone else put it under spellbinder. I'll grant that it is mostly just for the luls.
Approach of the Second Sun + Long-Term Plans . I can't count the number of games where I won using this combo alone in my Dragonlord Ojutai deck. You can also swap out Long-Term Plans for any number of cards.

Near-Death Experience and Stunning Reversal . Never gotten it off, but it seems super hilarious.
Stuffy Doll and Guilty Conscience and any sac outlet. I HAVE gotten this one off, much to the saltiness of my opponent.
Familiar Ground and Gruul War Chant is pretty funny.

One combo I've come up with for the deck I'm working on involves Sorin, Grim Nemesis + Ajani's Welcome + Cliffhaven Vampire . When you have all three in play, once you set off Sorin's ult, you get tokens equal to the highest amount of life anyone has. Each of these tokens triggers Ajani's Welcome , and each stack of that trigger in turn triggers another stack of Cliffhaven Vampire 's ability, hitting every opponent for a point of damage for each of your tokens, effectively ending the game if it resolves.

I've really been into pauper edh recently and I found a combo to make infinite mana with having Sigil Captain as the cmdr in play, with Ashnod's Altar (its a common in Chronicles) in play, with Safehold Elite in play. Sacrifice Safehold Elite to the altar, it comes back with a -1/-1 counter on it but gets 2 +1/+1 counters because Sigil Captain . Making infinite colorless mana
In a game where I was up against a Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom and Okaun, Eye of Chaos deck I lost to a combo I have never seen befor. He put Assault Suit on his Zndrsplt, then played Frenetic Efreet . Passed his turn, gave me his Zndrsplt. Then put 150 coin flip activations on the stack forcing me to draw my whole deck

Ethersworn Canonist is surprisingly a monster against most competitive decks, and doesn't do all that much in the way of stopping more casual players from having fun. One of my favorite commander cards.

Really just by itself, but if you wanna get trixy with it, add some creatures with ETB effects like Fiend Hunter / Banisher Priest , and/or Flickerwisp style things.

Ice Cauldron and Iceberg Aladdin's Ring Meteor Crater Time Elemental and now there are others that do a similar thing.

Temporal Isolation . Great art. Instant speed soft removal that can't be copied. Cheap. Versatile. Underplayed.

Like Temporal Isolation I found Prison Term criminally underplayed. This card does wonders. I've used it to shut down kiki jiki combos numerous times. I've used this card in so many applications. And it gets around hexproof and shroud. People really seem to forget that you can slide this over to any creature that enters the battlefield

I LOVE these types of threads!
Not only can I share some freaky slick combos I have discovered, but I can learn a bunch too!
I'd never heard of Prison term or Temporal Isolation, and now I have a playset of each coming in the mail.
Also, Lifeline is HILARIOUS with any of the ETB sac critters ( Merciless Executioner style) and you controlling another critter equals a one-sided boardwipe!

Shut down a creature and draw a card for only 1 and a blue? It's amazing it doesn't see more plau, though it being a sorcery might have something to do with that.

One I was really surprised by is Outpost Siege . Although all the sieges are pretty decent includes in EDH, this one especially shines when combined with Cloud of Faeries and Deadeye Navigator , or in decks that produce lots of flying tokens.

Null Chamber = Kill two opposing commanders. Team up with an opponent, name the rest of the commanders between both. Win!
Dimir Charm = Have you read this card? It messes over the guy Vampiric Tutor ing for an instant win combo. It counters the Expropriate , then kills the Hermit Druid .
Boil /Color hate in general = Wins games. At any cost.
