can anyone recommend a good 5 coulor commander for a blink deck

5c CMDR Options Show
If we consider the options available you can likely rule out tribal commanders like Slivers, Dragons, Atogs, Scarecrows, and Elementals. I'd include Allies but they have some good ETB effects so it could be an option. Golos and Niv Mizzit have thier own ETB effects, Korona could be blinked to avoid switching control. Kenrith has utility, politics, and reanimation to reuse ETBs. Morphron and Jodah could be combined to make creatures free. Capt. Sisay can Tutor legends, or if you just want colors Progenitus or Ramos could be there as an alternate wincon via CMDR DMG. And lastly you could use Child of Alara as a "Nuke Button".
That's my take. Would need more on what your goals are besides Blink because there's lots you can do with these options.

ETB and LTB.
I would look at every commander that carries a focus on those things. Take what's best from them all and combine them into one deck. Look at Brago, King Eternal, Yarok, the Desecrated, Teysa Karlov, Aminatou, the Fateshifter
, and Feldon of the Third Path. And just build around them all. Najeela, the Blade-Blossom, Golos, Tireless Pilgrim, Jodah, Archmage Eternal, Ramos, Dragon Engine, Sisay, Weatherlight Captain, and Horde of Notions. these are your best 5 color options.

thanks everyone also the deck Isn't tribal bit Focuses on allies and have some other really good ten effects

For 5 color blink I would suggest any of the 5 color food chain commanders. General Tazri, The First Sliver, Niv-Mizzet Reborn. Tazri and tfs can both be done as tribal, but don't need to strictly be tribal. With tazri you can use her as a tool box for a select few and tfs you really dont need any other slivers to get sweet cascade value.

I would go with Golos, Tireless Pilgrim. On top of having a solid ETB effect, his activated will get good value most of the time since you will get immediate value on your permanents.

"blink" is a bit of a wide net. Do you have any more specific preferences for the deck (tokens, pillowfort, counters, combo, etc)?
