Did you mean "Rakdos, Lord of Riots looks like a cross between a member of Gwar and Saruman" or "Rakdos, Lord of Riots looks like a cross between a member of Gwar and Sauron". Cause Saruman is a human looking character in white robes with a white beard portrayed in film by Christopher Lee (who also recorded a metal album) where as Sauron is the Nameless Enemy, the Deceiver, Dark Lord of Mordor, Lord of the Rings, the Necromancer of Dol Guldur, Gorthaur, Lord of Werewolves and Base Master of Treachery.
