New Commander Jodah - Jeskai or Rainbow?

Hey all I want to have a discussion about the potential of a brand new commander, Jodah, Archmage Eternal. I'm already dreaming of the crazy shenanigans that a Sneak Attack and Show and Tell type approach could pull off. Perhaps it would be a fantastic Omniscience and Enter the Infinite type deck as well. How would you use him?

He is a good 5-color good stuff commander, cheat the costs of anything that costs more than 5 mana. I dunno if I would build him as a commander but Fist of Suns is nice so I'll pick up a copy.

I think he is going to be better in the 99 a deck that has access to WUBRG, like maybe Ramos, Dragon Engine. He is very vulnerable to removal and expensive to use his ability the turn hes cast. Filling the deck with overcosted cards might just strand them in hand all the time. He's not really much of a ramp spell most of the time I think.

Storm. Gives you a WUBRG commander that makes those few powerful spells cheaper. Other than that the deck would look like a traditional storm list.
