Need some opinions on a deck I am making.

I am working on a lockdown style deck. My goal is to make my opponents pay for every action they take with mana and life. I have plenty of arbiters, enchantments, and artifacts that will make playing spells a living hell.
I don't yet have all the cards I have listed but I should be able to obtain them within a week. However, before I make a mass purchase of cards I wanted to get some feedback and suggestions on this deck.
