Maximum Non-Winning Fun

I want to build a new EDH deck, and I have an idea, I just don't know how to go about it. I was thinking a care bear deck that doesn't actually want to win, but has fun by enabling others. To be clear, I don't want a political control deck designed to leverage other players and pull of a sneaky win, I just want to make others feel like their decks are popping off and doing their thing. I was think of doing Atraxa to help proliferate others. What are your thoughts and ideas? (Keep in mind that I am a poor fool and so budget considerations are always a thing.)

Tuvasa the Sunlit. Build an aura enchantress deck. Lots and lots of auras. Cards from Rancor to Eldrazi Conscription and use these auras to make there creatures massive big and scary. Then when you are ready, take them with cards like Lay Claim, Take Possession, and Control Magic and use there creature to kill the other players.

Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis has all the colors tht could be helpful to other players. Run things like Primal Vigor, Mana Flare, Rites of Flourishing, Dictate of Kruphix, Veteran Explorer, Temple Bell to help people. Then support yourself with things like Fog, Leyline of Sanctity, Runed Halo, Angel's Grace so you survive longer to keep your effects alive. Maybe some counter magic just so you can keep things like Disenchant from hitting your support elements

Kenrith, the Returned King
although no one would believe your really a care bear with him in the zone.

Edit: If you want it really budget just make the rest of the deck basic lands

Hmmm. A Kenrith Care Bear deck with nothing but a ton of land and cheap ramp would definitely be a unique experience.

I don't know how beneficial wheeling multiple times is, but Xyris is cool 'cos every Wheel effect nabs you a solid 21 1/1 tokens...... xD. Or Teferi's Puzzle Box.... get way too many tokens, and it repeats.

Then all you need is some way to give them all +1/+1 and you've already won.... or you can find sac outlets that help everyone else out.
